When you watch Marcos & Sabor, you'll immediately be drawn to two people in particular: guitarist Marcos Mora and singer Milena Libertad.
Libertad recently made it through several rounds of auditions for "American Idol." The Cuban singer has a sensational voice and has performed across the country.
Mora was born in Los Angeles, but grew up in South Omaha. He comes from a family of Omaha musicians and carries on the family tradition with his blistering guitar licks.
Marcos & Sabor plays Latin American music, including classic songs such as "Oye Como Va, "Guantanamera" and "La Bamba," as well as its own original tracks such as the love song "Siempre Tu."
Be sure to bring your dancing shoes tonight. The band played a night at Jazz on the Green in 2009, where organizers said they had more people out of their seats and dancing than any other band that year.
