Lincoln Southeast junior Megan May has announced she will sign a letter of intent to play softball at UNO.

May, who played her first two seasons at Lincoln Southwest, was selected to The World-Herald's All-Class A second team last season as an infielder.

In 2011, May hit .403 for the Silver Hawks and primarily played third base. She's expected to play catcher this season for the Knights and was recruited by UNO to play both positions.
