Kyle Korver is one of the many NBA players who will have a new home next season, the <a href="http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/basketball/bulls/ct-spt-0714-bulls-chicago--20120714,0,4260814.story" target=_blank>Chicago Tribune</a> reported on Friday.

Though details had to be finalized and the former Creighton All-American had to pass a physical, the Chicago Bulls traded the 3-point specialist to the Atlanta Hawks via the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday, two sources with knowledge of the talks told the Tribune.

There were late indications that the three-team deal could fall apart, though that didn't stop Korver from scheduling a flight from his offseason training base in California to Atlanta for the physical, the sources said.

The deal would let the Bulls off the hook for the $500,000 guarantee of Korver's $5 million non-guaranteed salary for 2012-13 and slide him into the Hawks' traded-player exception, acquired in the Joe Johnson deal with the Nets earlier this month.

Korver, a two-time Missouri Valley Conference player of the year whose Creighton career ended in 2003, would be joining his fourth NBA team.
