Midtown Crossing's restaurant scene is changing yet again.

The Black Oak Grill will be the third restaurant to operate at 3157 Farnam St.

Portovino Ristorante closed Tuesday. Before Portovino, another Levy Restaurant Group owned restaurant, Loft 610, was in that space.

Consolidated Restaurant Operations owns Black Oak, which will specialize in comfort food. It's menu will include things like chicken fried steak, iron skillet trout and an Ozark bacon burger.

CRO owns and operates 150 restaurants around the U.S. and abroad. It also operates Cantina Laredo in Midtown Crossing.

Lenny's Sub Shop is also opening in the development.

The restaurant specializes in Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and is based in Memphis, Tenn. Omaha owners Stephanie and Wesley Klaus said they hope to open more Lenny's locations in Omaha in the future. Lenny's should open this fall.
